🎁 How do you get a refund on the Interflora gift card 🎁

Reimbursement on an Interflora gift card is possible

• if you want to return a gift card purchased online
• for purchases paid for all or part with a card

We explain everything to you:

• If you want to return a gift card purchased online: you have 14 days from the confirmation of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the gift card has not been used in whole or in part before the expiry of this period. After this period or if the card has been used, no refund will be possible. Gift cards are not nominative.
• For the reimbursement of purchases paid for all or part with a gift card: the card will first be re-credited, then the refund of the supplement paid by bank card will be made directly to the bank card used during the purchase.
• If your Interflora order is cancelled: the refund will be made in the form of a gift card (valid for 1 year).
